Welcome to World Class Boxing. We offer the best in fitness training in NEPA. We offer the "Fighter's Workout". At World Class Boxing you will train like a professional fighter burning tons of calories, punching and kicking your way to a lean physique. Professional boxers,kickboxers, and mma fighters all have lean, and conditioned bodies. Their training methods obviously work! We bring these training methods to you in a 45 min. workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour!
Safe & Non -Intimidating
We offer non intimidating classes . We have classes for men, women, and children. Our classes are non contact. The only thing you hit are bags and punch mitts. Our instructors are professional trainers that have extensive training and are members of our competition team. Our classes are also taught by professional coaches that experience training competitive fighters. Our head instructor has worked with professional and amateur fighters that have won various titles!
Quality training for Competition
We also offer quality competition training . We offer training in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Our coaches can help to groom you for competition in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. Our head striking coach works with the mma fighters from Team Melee, most notably UFC fighter jimmy "The kid" Hettes. He has also helped to produce fighters that have won numerous titles!
