At World Class Boxing we offer our trademarked fighter's workout. Boxers and kickboxers are among the most conditioned athletes on the planet. Their bodies are chiseled with low percentages of body fat. Their training methods are proven to burn mega calories and get you into great shape. You can get the best workout of your life and burn up to 900 calories in 1 hour.  This is a non contact program that has worked wonders for our clients. We have had individuals that have lost between 20 and 40 pounds. We have one member that lost 70 pounds! 

No More Boring Workouts! 

We offer an alternative to big fitness centers and circuit style training. Running on a treadmill and lifting weights can become boring over time. Our workouts are fresh and new. They keep you motivated, challenged, and having fun. 
 

Non - Intimidating Workouts!

Our workouts are non intimidating! We teach boxing and kickboxing in a structured environment. Unlike most boxing gyms that are dark and intimidating, we provide an atmosphere that is alive and energetic! The workouts are supervised by professional coaches that have years of experience.

Boxing Class

Learn the sweet science. This class will have you hitting bags, performing calisthentics, and intense core routines to build a sculpted body. You will learn the skills of  professional boxers while getting in the best shape of your life.

Skill Maxx Boxing Class

This is a skill development class. You will sharpen your skills with a trainer of champions. In this class you will learn the proper mechanics behind punching, head movement, and more. We combine 12 rounds of skill drills  with an intense conditioning finisher that will keep the sweat pouring and the heart thumping! 

Kickboxing Class

It's East meets West in this class. We combine the kicks from the martial arts with the punches of boxing to give you a fat burning workout unequaled in NEPA! This is not cardio kickboxing that is found in most fitness centers. This is the REAL DEAL. You will kick and punch heavy bags and perform intense core and ab routines to melt away pounds of body fat.

Skill Maxx Kickboxing

This is a skill development class for kickboxing. You will perform kicking and punching drills that will help to strengthen the body. You will also learn different styles of kicks that are used in the main kickboxing class. This will help to keep your workouts fresh and constantly evolving.We combine 12 to 15 rounds of skill drills with an intense conditioning finisher targeting the lower body. This workout will build legs of steel in no time!

Women's Only Semi Private Training!

This is for individuals that want to maximize their results! This is a 12 week program that combines the kickboxing workout with a structured strength training program, sports specific conditioning and more. You will also receive a diet plan that will help you to get the results thaty you are looking for!
